How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–12 business days later. You get a tracking number by email when your order ships. For the best chance of holiday delivery, order by December 5.
Where do the products ship from?
From our fulfillment partners' warehouses, most of them overseas. That's why it's slower than a big-box store, and it's also how we keep prices fair. Multi-item orders can arrive in separate parcels.
Which Mud Cup size does my dog need?
Measure your dog's front paw across its widest point and choose a cup whose opening is at least 1 cm (0.4 in) wider: S has a 5.5 cm opening, M 6.5 cm, L 7.5 cm. The Mud Cup isn't made for large breeds. If you're unsure, email us the measurement and we'll tell you.
Will my cat actually play with the Flutter Bird?
Plenty do, and some don't. Cats are like that. It only starts moving when it's touched, so it won't run all day. If your cat ignores it, unused returns are fine within 30 days.
Does the Shed Brush hurt?
Slicker pins are fine, so brush gently in the direction the coat grows and don't press hard on thin coats or sensitive skin. It's made for loose undercoat, not for cutting out mats.
What if something arrives broken?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund it, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to send the broken item back.
Are the photos real?
Product photos show the actual items we sell. The lifestyle scenes (the rainy doorway, the cat mid-pounce) are AI-generated illustrations, so please don't read them as customer photos.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we only ship to US addresses.
