Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

• Free shipping on orders of $29 or more
• $3.95 flat rate on orders under $29

How long it takes

• Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: after dispatch, most orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

Pawnook products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, most of them overseas. That's why delivery takes longer than a big-box store, and it lets us keep prices fair. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is handed between carriers.

Delays

If we can't dispatch your order within the time stated here, we'll email you with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us and we'll reship it or refund it in full.

Holiday orders

To have the best chance of delivery before December 25, order by December 5. We can't guarantee holiday delivery.

Duties and taxes

If any import charges apply to your order, we cover them. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a duty on delivery, send us the receipt and we'll reimburse it in full.
